Replacement policy

In case if your product is not working as expected, you can contact us at support@etherbit.in. Please note that, replacement is subject to warranty period & availability of the product. Once your replacement request is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Important notes before you return your device for a replacement:

  • Reset your device
  • Never return your 24-words / recovery sheet
  • Ensure all accessories are in the box
  • Write your order number on the package
  • Put a copy of the invoice in the package
  • Do not leave any personally identifiable remarks on the box or on the product

Your replacement will be rejected if:

  • Invalid or missing invoice
  • Device is out of warranty
  • Device is physically damaged
  • Device is in working condition
  • Device sent back to us without first requesting a replacement

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the replacement was approved or not. If approved, you'll receive replacement information via email. Please remember it can take up to 14 working days for us to process your replacement.
