All sales are final. No refund will be issued and no return will be accepted, except;
In case of a refund, we may levy a cancellation fee of 4% or ₹650 — whichever is higher, in order to cover payment-refund transactions charges, shipping, packaging cost, and prevent order spam.
If you have received a damaged product, please contact us immediately within 12 hours from the time of delivery on email@example.com with image of the original packaging & video proof of unboxing the package. Damage requests without requested proofs or damage requests raised after this period will not be accepted.
Once we receive a valid request, please allow us up to 7 working days to take it up with the delivery partner responsible for delivering your package for further investigation.
