Return policy

All sales are final and no refund will be issued, except;

  • Your order is not dispatched and your order was paid via Cashfree payment gateway.

In case of a refund, we levy a cancellation fee of 4% in order to cover payment-refund transactions charges, shipping, and packaging cost.


In case if your order is damaged and/or not working as expected, you can contact us at support@etherbit.in, and if your replacement is accepted, we will initiate our replacement process for you. Please note that, replacement is subject to warranry period & availability of the product. We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a replacement will not be accepted.

Important notes before you return your device:

  • Reset your device
  • Never return your 24-words / recovery sheet
  • Ensure all accessories are in the box
  • Write your order number on the package

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the replacement was approved or not. If approved, you'll receive replacement information via email and/or SMS, as per your preferences. Please remember it can take some time for us to process your replacement.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately on support@etherbit.in if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
