All sales are final and no refund will be issued, except;
In case of a refund, we levy a cancellation fee of 4% in order to cover payment-refund transactions charges, shipping, and packaging cost.
In case if your order is damaged and/or not working as expected, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and if your replacement is accepted, we will initiate our replacement process for you. Please note that, replacement is subject to warranry period & availability of the product. We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a replacement will not be accepted.
Important notes before you return your device:
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the replacement was approved or not. If approved, you'll receive replacement information via email and/or SMS, as per your preferences. Please remember it can take some time for us to process your replacement.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately on firstname.lastname@example.org if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
